Return Policy

At Scott & Megan Vancouver, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, we understand that in some cases you may wish to return an item. Below you will find our return policy explained clearly and transparently.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request may only be submitted after the item has been physically delivered to you.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees, customs duties, and any related charges.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all original tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on items is permitted; however, items must not be worn beyond fitting purposes.

  • Ordering multiple sizes of the same product with the intention of partially returning them is not permitted as part of our sustainability and inventory policy.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Process

Please follow the steps below to initiate a return:

  1. Submit your return request within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at info@scottmeganvancouver.com.

  2. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive the return address of our international fulfillment partner.

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs or import fees that may apply.

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace), as we cannot process returns that are lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the designated return address and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Any customs fees or return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.


Liability & Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered according to the tracking information provided to the customer.

  • If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout, this is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee modifications.
