All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.


Estimated Delivery Time

The average delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

While we aim to meet these timeframes, delivery may be delayed due to:

Responsibility & Delivery Confirmation

  • Once a package is marked as delivered, we are unfortunately unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. We always recommend shipping to a secure address.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee modifications.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
